Barty Dunne, portrayed by Irish actor Fergus O'Kelly, is a priest who laughs at everything even if what he or anyone else is saying is not funny.
He brings Henry Sellers to the parochial house on Craggy Island and hosts the "All Priests Stars in Their Eyes Lookalike Competition", which the three Craggy Island priests win.
He also reveals to Ted that the BBC fired Henry due to his massive drinking problem after the latter goes berserk following drinking alcohol that was offered to him following the priests' victory.
